Warranty Coverage

At FitTransformer, we stand behind the quality and durability of our products. We warrant that your FitTransformer home fitness equipment will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use for the duration of the warranty periods listed below:

  • Frame: 5 years

  • Motor (if applicable): 2 years

  • Electronics & Console Components: 1 year

  • Parts & Labor: 1 year

  • Accessories (e.g., resistance bands, grips): 90 days

This warranty is effective from the original date of purchase and applies only to products purchased directly from FitTransformer or an authorized retailer.

Who Is Covered

This limited warranty applies exclusively to the original purchaser of the product and is non-transferable. To obtain service under this warranty, proof of purchase (such as a receipt or order confirmation) must be provided.

What FitTransformer Will Do

If a defect covered by this warranty is discovered during the applicable period, FitTransformer will, at our sole discretion:

  • Repair the defective component(s),

  • Replace the product or specific parts with new or refurbished items of equal or greater value, or

  • Refund the original purchase price in part or in full, depending on the severity and timing of the issue.

In some cases, shipping and handling costs for warranty-related returns or replacements may be covered by FitTransformer, subject to the nature of the claim and applicable regional regulations.

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover damage or malfunctions resulting from any of the following:

  • Misuse, abuse, negligence, or accidents

  • Unauthorized modifications, repairs, or disassembly

  • Use in commercial, institutional, or rental environments

  • Cosmetic damage including scratches, dents, fading, or discoloration

  • Normal wear and tear (e.g., foam padding, grip deterioration)

  • Improper storage, exposure to excessive moisture, humidity, or extreme temperatures

  • Power surges or acts of nature (e.g., lightning, flood, fire)

Any product returned with evidence of tampering or unauthorized alteration may void this warranty.

How to Obtain Warranty Service

If you believe your product qualifies for warranty service, please contact our customer support team through one of the following methods:

When submitting your request, please include the following:

  • Your order number

  • A valid proof of purchase

  • A detailed description of the issue

  • Clear photos and/or video evidence of the problem

Our support team will respond within 48 hours to guide you through the next steps, which may include troubleshooting, shipping instructions, or replacement processing.

Additional Terms

  • This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights that vary from state to state or country to country.

  • FitTransformer reserves the right to deny warranty claims if product misuse or user error is determined.

  • Products repaired or replaced under warranty will continue to be covered for the remainder of the original warranty period or 90 days from the date of repair/replacement—whichever is longer.
